Update an IR Driver in AVA OS

AVA regularly updates drivers in the online driver database for AVA OS in response to feature requests and to optimize performance.

To prevent unexpected changes to existing systems, a driver that is already in a project will not update automatically. You must update each instance of the driver using the process shown here.

Update a Device Driver  

1. On the Home screen, tap the menu icon.
2. Tap Settings.
3. Tap Devices.
4. Find the driver that you want to update and tap its options menu.
4. Tap Check for Update.
5. Allow a few seconds for the system to check whether a newer driver is available.
6. If a never version is available, it now installs.
