How to Use the AVA OS Live IR Support Tool
During a support case involving issues with an infrared (IR) driver, the AVA team sometimes provides you a "Live IR Test" code. Here is how to use it.
Use Live IR Support Code

1. On the Home screen, tap the menu |

2. Tap Settings. |
|
|
3. Tap System. |
|
|
4. Tap Live IR Test |
|
|
5. Enter the Code provided by AVA support and tap Load Test Commands |
|
|
6. You now get a list of commands that the support team has prepared for you. Test each option slowly, allowing several seconds between each command. Report back to the support team on which code(s) did the trick. |
