Find the serial number on your AVA Remote.

Quick Steps

1. Go to the System Settings by swiping down from the top once to open the menu, and again to expand the menu
2. Tap the gear icon
3. Scroll to the bottom till you see About Remote
4. Tap About Remote
5. Tap Model & Hardware
6. You’ll then see the serial number
7. Swipe up on the page to clear the screen
