Why aren't there any control buttons on one of my AVA Speakers?

In any AVA Speaker pair, one speaker acts as the "Primary" speaker. The other speaker in the stero pair is called the "Secondary" speaker. The secondary can be either another A1 (active) or a P1 (passive) model.

The P1 speaker does not have any control buttons. An A1 speaker in the role of a Secondary does not have active buttons. Either model is always controlled by the Primary, either from the buttons on top of the Primary or remotely from the AVA app.
